7-Up Bundt Cake
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box 3.4 ounce box instant lemon flavored pudding mix
1 1/2 cups 7-up
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted cake pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Let cool and remove from pan and place on a wire rack. Drizzle with lemon icing. (confectioner’s sugar and lemon juice mixed until smooth)

Bundt cakes are my favorite and this one sounds fantastic! Hope the next two weeks fly by for you! I know how miserable it is to be 8 1/2 months pregnant in hot weather.
Looking forward to the announcement of your new little bundle!
I’ve never seen a cake with 7up, that’s interesting. Good luck with the end of the pregnancy.
I was so glad to get a recipe that sounds yummy. I just bought a new bundt pan and wanted to try a recipe that I have not heard of before. It looks delicious. Good luck with the baby.
MMMMMMMMM! Looks great!
Good luck with the baby…
I’m all for a short-cut when you need it! This looks postively delicious!
Awww, we miss you, too!! Hope all is well with you. Can’t wait for your little one to make an appearance soon! In the mean time, this cake looks great. You’d never know it had some “cheating” going on
Yum!
The only cheatin’ I’ll do is the bakin’ kind! You know I’ve made Bakerella’s sprite cake and it was wonderful so I bet this is just as good! Your photo is lovely!
Happy holiday weekend!

I swear it seems like just yesterday you were telling us you were pregnant. My stars how time flies….
Gargeous! Sounds yummy, too! Hope that baby comes soon for ya. Oh those last few weeks. Sigh.
This looks so delicious! It’s fun to spice up a box mix and trick all your friends! Hope you’re feeling well!
Hmmm, I should be working off the baby weight, but I just want to make this cake and eat the whole thing! Hope everything is well and I can’t wait for the new baby!
I’ve never heard of a cake with 7-up, just the usual coke so this would be a great one to try. Best wishes to you and the baby on the way. Take care.
ooo- this looks good. I think I’ll make it tonight. I’m also into easy recipes like this. I to have a baby due in the next couple weeks. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
This sounded delicious and easy (my two requirements) and so my 3 year old and I made it yesterday. It was so yummy, and I found that I liked it better cold than warm–the lemon flavor really comes out when it cools all the way to room temperature!
7-up?! Wow what a great idea!! Looks so yummy!
I know this was originally posted a while ago but I just made this cake this weekend and it was great! I didn’t have a lemon cake mix so I just used a yellow cake mix and it came out great!!
This cake looks delicious! I just got a homemade cake pedestal from one of my good friends
( http://www.zaisy.etsy.com ) anyway, this would look gorgeous and would be the perfect thing to break it in! Thank you so much for sharing your delicious recipes. I’ve tried a couple off of your blog here and have really enjoyed!
