My favorite cookie is Kitchen Sink Cookies...they are oatmeal chocolate chip cookies to which is added diced apricots, dried cranberries, two or three kinds of chopped nuts, golden raisins...basically everything but the kitchen sink. You can also mix in all kinds of chips...dark and milk chocolate, white chocolate, swirls, peanut butter chips...you get the idea.
